Got a couch that’s seen a few years of life? We clean sofas, loveseats, sectionals and armchairs on their own — no house cleaning required. Your dedicated cleaner brings the equipment, works the piece from top to bottom, and tells you what to expect before they start. No commitment, no plan required. Just the furniture you’re worried about, cleaned properly.
Takes about two minutes. Sofas from $149.

Hot water in, water and what’s in it back out.
Standalone visits start at $179. No plan needed.
SF, Oakland, Berkeley — the East Bay runs ~10% less.
Sofa cleaning, couch cleaning, loveseats, sectionals — if it’s upholstered furniture in your living room, it’s in scope. Here’s what a visit covers:
Full surface, arms, back, seat and back cushions.
The same, across all three seats.
Every section, including the corner piece and chaise.
Both pieces in one visit, priced as a bundle.
Your dedicated cleaner vacuums the piece first, works the cushions and crevices, then runs the steam extraction over the fabric. Cushions get done on both sides where they come off. Sygora supplies all products and equipment, so there’s nothing for you to buy or set out.
Have an armchair, ottoman or dining chairs instead of a sofa? Those are still upholstery work and we’re happy to quote them — tell us what you’ve got and we’ll price it before you book.
Our equipment does hot-water extraction, which most people call steam cleaning. Hot water and cleaning solution go into the fabric under pressure, and the machine pulls the water — and what’s in it — straight back out.
The order is always the same.
We’ll tell you honestly what we think a piece will look like when we’re done. Some marks lift and some don’t, and you’ll hear that from us before we start rather than after.
So loose dirt and hair come off before any water touches the fabric.
The areas you point out, before the pass begins.
Section by section, so nothing gets soaked or skipped.
Your cleaner finishes by grooming the pile and setting cushions upright to dry.
Every price below is a starting price. The booking record fixes your final number.
One thing to know up front: a standalone upholstery visit starts at $179. Most people get there in one step — a sectional or the sofa-and-loveseat bundle reaches it on its own, and a smaller piece works either paired with a second piece or added to a house clean. Tell us what you’ve got and we’ll show you which route fits.
What moves the number: how many pieces you have, their size, and which city you’re in. There’s a full breakdown on our pricing page if you want the wider picture. For your exact figure, the quote takes about two minutes.
Standalone visit minimum: $179. Oakland and Berkeley run about 10% below these figures.
Two different routes, two different situations, and the price per piece is the same either way.
What you want when the furniture is the whole job. It has its own booking flow, and the visit needs to reach $179. No house cleaning, no plan, no ongoing commitment.
Add the loveseat, sofa, sectional or bundle to a house cleaning booking at the same listed prices, with a $30 minimum on any add-on.
One thing worth flagging: upholstery steam items are always charged separately, including on the Signature tier. They’re their own equipment and their own job, so they sit outside the two free add-ons that tier includes.
Carpets and rugs work the same way but they’re priced on their own terms, so they’re separate services.
If you’re not sure which bucket your floor falls into, ask us in the quote and we’ll sort it.
We work in San Francisco, Oakland & Berkeley. Three cities, that’s the whole map — and keeping it tight is why we’re never far when you need us.
Upholstery cleaning in Oakland and Berkeley runs about 10% below our San Francisco prices. Same cleaner model, same equipment, same scope. You’ll see your city’s price in the quote before you pay anything.
Clear the sofa before we arrive — cushions can stay, but blankets, laptops, remotes and anything under the piece should come off. Your cleaner needs a little room to work around all sides, so if the sectional is tight against a wall, let us know at booking.
Plan on the furniture being damp when we finish. It needs about 4–6 hours before it’s ready to sit on again, and airflow helps, so we’ll leave cushions standing and windows are your friend if the weather allows.
We supply everything else. You just need to let us in, point at the pieces, and mention any spots you want us to look at first.

We’re insured and bonded — Sygora maintains general liability insurance appropriate to a residential cleaning business. If anything’s not right, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll re-clean the affected areas free.
Your quote is held for about 30 minutes while you check out. If it expires, it cancels itself and nothing is charged.
At checkout we take a deposit of 30% of the total, with a $50 minimum. The balance is due when the job’s done, same day, by whichever method you prefer — we never charge the card on file for the service itself.
Cancelling is free with 7 or more days’ notice, and fees scale as the notice gets shorter. The details are on our cancellation policy page.

Yes. Standalone upholstery cleaning has its own booking flow, and you don’t need a house clean or a recurring plan to use it. The only condition is that the visit reaches our $179 standalone minimum, which one larger piece or two smaller ones usually does. Start with a quote and you’ll see the number before you commit.
A 3-seat sofa starts at $149 and a loveseat at $129. A sectional starts at $229, and a sofa and loveseat together are $249 as a bundle. A standalone upholstery visit starts at $179, so a single smaller piece is best paired with another one or added to a house clean. Your booking record fixes the final price.
Hot-water extraction, also called steam cleaning. Your dedicated cleaner vacuums the piece, treats the spots you’ve pointed out, then works hot water and solution into the fabric and extracts it back out, section by section. Cushions get both sides where they come off, and everything is groomed and set upright to dry.
Give it about 4–6 hours. Fabric holds moisture after extraction, so it’ll feel damp when we leave. Leave the cushions standing the way your cleaner sets them and keep some air moving through the room, and it’ll be ready sooner rather than later.
Yes — we work in San Francisco, Oakland & Berkeley. Oakland and Berkeley pricing runs about 10% below San Francisco. Everything else about the visit is identical.
Tell us the fabric when you request your quote and we’ll confirm before anything is booked. We’d rather have that conversation up front than surprise you at the door.
If anything’s not right, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll re-clean the affected areas free.
Tell us what you’ve got and we’ll price it in about two minutes.
