01 / Service area

Cleaning services across the Bay Area and the East Bay

We serve San Francisco, Oakland & Berkeley. That’s the whole map, and we keep it that way on purpose — a small area means we’re never far when you need us, and we know the buildings, the parking, and the stairs.

Oakland and Berkeley pricing runs about 10% below San Francisco. Coverage is by ZIP, so a couple of pockets inside those city lines fall outside our area. The quote form checks your ZIP in a second and tells you either way. If you’re in San Francisco, here’s a closer look at how we clean homes here.

02 / What we clean

What we clean

Most people start with a standard house clean. The rest of the list is here when you need it.

House cleaning

The standard clean, in three tiers

One-time cleaning

No commitment, no plan required

Recurring cleaning plans

Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, at a lower price per visit

Deep cleaning

The heavier first reset before a regular rhythm

Move-out and move-in cleaning

For the day the place has to be inspection-ready

Carpet cleaning

Steam and hot-water extraction, booked on its own

Rug cleaning

Rugs are their own thing, priced by size

Upholstery cleaning

Sofas, loveseats, sectionals

Specialty surfaces

Mattress, tile, hardwood and leather

Airbnb and short-term-rental turnover

Per-turnover packs for hosts

Post-construction cleaning

Quoted after we see the scope

If your situation isn’t on that list, it’s still worth asking. A lot of jobs are just a house clean with an add-on or two, and we’ll tell you plainly if it’s something we don’t do. You can also browse all cleaning services in one place.

03 / Scope

What a standard clean includes

Our Essential tier is the standard clean, and it’s complete on its own. Here’s what your cleaner covers:

Kitchen

Counters, backsplash and sink, appliance exteriors, the stovetop and range exterior, cabinet and drawer faces wiped, floors swept and mopped, trash out.

Bathrooms

Toilet cleaned and sanitized, shower, tub and surrounding tile, sink, vanity, counters and mirror, floors, trash out.

Every room

Dusting of reachable surfaces, carpets and rugs vacuumed in place, hard floors swept and mopped, general tidying, trash and recycling to your bin.

Reachable means from the floor or a two-step stool. Anything above that we leave alone, and we’d rather say so now than surprise you later.

Essential

The standard clean above. Complete on its own.

Complete adds

Interior windows, appliance fronts, cabinet detailing, light fixtures, blinds, inside the microwave, and bed-making with fresh linens.

Signature adds

Specialty detailing, range hood degreasing, priority scheduling, a walkthrough before we start, and two eligible add-ons included.

You pick the tier when you get your quote, so the scope is settled before anyone knocks.

04 / Price

What it costs

House cleaning starts at $179. That’s a real one-time price for a one-bedroom San Francisco home at our Essential tier in maintained condition — no plan, no pack, no commitment attached to it.

Add-ons like inside the oven, inside the fridge, baseboards, interior windows or eco-friendly products are priced individually, and you’ll see each one as you select it.

05 / Who shows up

Who shows up

One dedicated cleaner, assigned to you. Same person on the next visit, so you’re not re-explaining the sticky window or the cat who bolts. If a second pair of hands comes along on a big job, that shortens the day — it never changes what’s included.

Your cleaner brings all the products and equipment. You don’t need to buy or set out anything. If you’d prefer eco-friendly products, that’s a paid add-on you can check at booking.

Rooms we skip by default

Home offices with documents or electronics out, nurseries, pet sleeping areas, rooms with visible valuables, and anything locked. Your home, your call — check the box and we’ll clean them, leave it and we won’t go in.

If anything’s not right

Tell us within 24 hours and we’ll re-clean the affected areas free. We’re Sygora LLC, a California limited liability company, insured and bonded — Sygora maintains general liability insurance appropriate to a residential cleaning business.

06 / Booking

How booking works

Step 1

Get a quote online

Tell us your ZIP, your home, and what you want done. The price comes back on screen.

Step 2

Pay the deposit

It’s 30% of the total with a $50 minimum, taken at checkout. Never auto-charged to a card on file.

Step 3

You’re booked

Date, arrival window and price are locked, and a confirmation email lands with the details.

The balance is due when the job’s done, the same day, by whichever method you prefer.

Three paths that don’t end in an instant booking

If your home hasn’t had a professional clean in six months or more, we review the job and confirm the price with you first — nothing is charged and no time slot is held until then. Same for anything too custom to price automatically. And if your ZIP falls outside our three cities, we won’t quote at all, though you can ask us to get in touch if that changes.

If plans change

Cancel at least 7 days before your clean and your deposit is refunded in full. With less notice, it’s applied toward the cancellation fee. The details live in our cancellation policy.

07 / Turnover

Airbnb and short-term-rental turnover

Checkout at 11, check-in at 3, and the linens still need swapping. We clean turnovers on a per-turnover basis, sold in packs, with the linen swap included every time and no extra charge for it.

Hosts book by the pack so the same cleaner handles the same unit visit after visit.

Common questions

No. We bring all products and equipment. If you’d rather we use eco-friendly products, that’s available as a paid add-on when you book.
