Our Essential tier is the standard clean, and it’s complete on its own.
Kitchen. Counters, backsplash and sink, appliance exteriors, stovetop and range exterior, cabinet faces, floors, trash out.
Bathrooms. Toilet sanitized, shower, tub and tile, sink, vanity, mirror, floors, trash out.
Every room. Reachable surfaces dusted, rugs vacuumed in place, hard floors mopped, trash and recycling out.
The standard clean above. Complete on its own.
Interior windows, appliance fronts, light fixtures, blinds, inside the microwave, fresh linens.
Range hood degreasing, priority scheduling, a walkthrough first, two add-ons included.
Reachable means from the floor or a two-step stool. Anything above that we leave alone, and we’d rather say so now than surprise you later.

05 / Who shows up
One dedicated cleaner, assigned to you. Same person next visit, so you’re not re-explaining the sticky window or the cat who bolts.
They bring all products and equipment. Eco-friendly products are a paid add-on at booking.
Home offices, nurseries, pet sleeping areas, rooms with valuables, anything locked. Check the box and we’ll clean them.
Tell us within 24 hours and we’ll re-clean the affected areas free. Sygora LLC, insured and bonded.
06 / Booking

30% of the total, $50 minimum, at checkout. Never auto-charged.
Date, arrival window and price locked, confirmation by email.
Six months or more since the last professional clean, anything too custom to price automatically, or a ZIP outside our three cities: we review it before anything is booked.
Cancel 7 days ahead and the deposit is refunded in full. Less notice, it goes toward the cancellation fee.
07 / Turnover
Checkout at 11, check-in at 3, and the linens still need swapping. Turnovers are sold in packs, linen swap included every time.
The same cleaner handles the same unit, visit after visit.
