Bi-weekly cleaning means a clean every two weeks. That’s it — no special scope, no different service. Same clean, on a fourteen-day loop.
It’s the cadence most people land on, and there’s a practical reason. Two weeks is about how long a maintained home stays maintained. Kitchen counters, bathroom tile, and floors are back to needing attention right around the time we show up, so you’re never paying for a clean that arrives too early or living with one that came too late.
Bi-weekly tends to fit a one- or two-bedroom home with one or two adults, a household without pets, or a place where nobody’s home much during the week. If your home moves faster than that — kids, a dog, a lot of foot traffic — weekly is the more honest answer, and we’d rather tell you that up front than sell you a cadence you’ll fight against.

Pick the cadence by how fast your home actually gets untidy, not by what sounds responsible. Here’s the practical signal for each.
For busy households — children at home, pets, people working from the kitchen table, or anywhere with heavy daily use. Weekly means nothing gets a chance to build up between visits, and it carries the largest frequency discount, at 15% off the base.
For maintained homes with one or two people, or households that are out most of the week. The interval keeps things steady without over-cleaning. Bi-weekly takes 10% off the base.
For smaller homes, light use, or anyone who handles the day-to-day themselves and wants a thorough reset once a month. Monthly takes 5% off the base. If your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned in a while, a monthly plan works better after a first-visit reset — more on that below.
Each grid is one month — rows are weeks, columns are days. The filled marks are cleaning visits.
House cleaning starts from $179. That’s the booking minimum for a single visit in San Francisco — one bedroom, Essential tier, a maintained home — and it needs no plan, no pack, and no commitment of any kind.
A recurring plan goes down from there. The frequency discount comes off the base component of your price: weekly 15%, bi-weekly 10%, monthly 5%. Add-ons keep their listed prices and are never discounted. Oakland and Berkeley pricing runs about 10% below San Francisco.
What moves your price up or down: the size of your home, how many bathrooms it has, the condition it’s in when we arrive, which tier you choose, and whether there are pets in the home (that’s a flat $35, for the extra dander and hair workload). Rather than guess at those, the booking widget prices your actual home and shows you the number before you pay anything. A 30% deposit, $50 minimum, is taken at checkout, and the balance is due when the visit’s done, same day, by whatever method you prefer.

Every recurring visit is a full house cleaning at the tier you pick. Nothing shrinks because you’re on a plan.
The standard clean, and the one most plans run on. Kitchen: counters, backsplash, sink, appliance exteriors, stovetop exterior, cabinet and drawer faces, floors swept and mopped, trash out. Bathrooms: toilet cleaned and sanitized, shower, tub and surrounding tile, sink, vanity, counters, mirror, floors, trash. Every room: dusting of reachable surfaces, carpets and rugs vacuumed in place, hard floors swept and mopped, general tidying, trash and recycling to your designated bin.
“Reachable” means from the floor or a two-step stool — anything above that is out of scope. And Essential doesn’t include bed-making or linen changes, inside appliances, interior windows, or baseboards. Those come with Complete or Signature, or you can add them to any visit.

Everything in Complete, plus specialty detailing, range hood degreasing, two eligible add-ons included free, priority scheduling, and a walkthrough before we start.
You can also keep your tier and add what you need to a single visit — inside the oven before a holiday, eco/green products at $35 if you’d prefer them, whatever the month calls for. Any tier, any cadence, any add-on: the plan flexes to your home rather than the other way round.

One dedicated cleaner per customer. The same person, visit after visit, so you’re not re-explaining your home every two weeks. They learn which floors take what, where the vacuum lives, and which door sticks.
Quoted hours are your cleaner’s time on the job. Some rooms we won’t enter unless you check them at booking — home offices with documents or electronics out, nurseries, pet sleeping areas, rooms with valuables, anything locked. Your home, your call, and the default is that we stay out.
Sygora maintains general liability insurance appropriate to a residential cleaning business, and we’re bonded. If anything’s not right, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll re-clean the affected areas free.
Life interrupts a schedule. That’s expected, so the plan is built for it.
You get 2 free skips per rolling 6 months — travel, houseguests, a week when you’d rather not have anyone over. Just tell us and we’ll move past that visit. You can change your cadence whenever you like, and you can change your tier too.
Need a longer break? You can pause. A pause that runs past 60 days closes the plan out, and starting again begins with a one-time clean to reset the home. There’s no long contract to sign — the plan is a schedule. A deep cleaning first handles the catch-up on its own — heavier scope, a longer visit, built for a home that needs a reset rather than a maintenance pass. From there your recurring visits only have to hold the line, which is what they’re priced and scheduled to do.
It isn’t required. If your home is already in good shape, start straight into the plan and skip the reset entirely.
Plenty of our recurring plans are set up by one person for someone else — a parent in the Sunset, a relative in Berkeley who’d rather not be climbing on anything to dust.
