A bi-weekly cleaning service is the same clean every two weeks.
Two weeks is about how long a maintained home stays maintained. Counters, bathroom tile and floors need attention again right around when we arrive.
Bi-weekly fits a one- or two-bedroom home with one or two adults, no pets, or a place that’s empty most of the week. With kids, a dog or lots of foot traffic, weekly is the more honest answer.
Start where you think you land; you can change cadence later. Or book a one-time cleaning first and decide afterward.

House cleaning starts from $179 for a single visit in San Francisco (one bedroom, Essential tier, maintained home).
The plan discount comes off the base part of your price, never off add-ons. Plans cost the same in every city we serve.
Size, bathrooms, condition, tier and pets (a flat $35) move the price, and the booking widget shows your number before you pay. A 25% deposit, $50 minimum, is taken at checkout; the balance is due when the visit’s done, same day, by your chosen method.

Every recurring visit is a full house cleaning at the tier you pick. Nothing shrinks because you’re on a plan.
The standard clean: kitchen, bathrooms and every room, cleaned to reachable height, meaning from the floor or a two-step stool.
Bed-making or linen changes, inside appliances, interior windows and baseboards. Those come with Complete or Signature, or as add-ons.
Everything in Essential, plus interior windows, appliance fronts, exterior cabinet detailing, light fixtures, blinds, inside the microwave, and beds made with fresh linens.
Everything in Complete, plus specialty detailing, range hood degreasing, two eligible add-ons included free, priority scheduling, and a walkthrough before we start.
You can add what a visit needs, like inside the oven before a holiday, on any tier and cadence.
One cleaner, the same person every visit, so you’re not re-explaining your home. They learn which floors take what and which door sticks.
Home offices with documents or electronics out, nurseries, pet areas, rooms with valuables and anything locked stay closed unless you check them at booking.
We’re insured and bonded, and every cleaner is background-checked and reference-checked. If anything’s not right, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll re-clean the affected areas free.

You get 2 free skips per rolling 6 months, with notice before the visit. You can change your cadence or tier whenever you like.
Need a longer break? A pause past 60 days closes the plan, and restarting begins with a one-time clean. The plan rate depends on completing your first three visits; end the plan before then and those visits are rebilled at the one-time rate. Full terms are in the Cancellation Policy.

If it’s been a while since a professional clean, a first visit has to catch up and keep up at once.
A deep cleaning first handles the catch-up, so your recurring visits only hold the line.
It isn’t required if your home is already in good shape.
Plenty of plans are set up for someone else, like a parent in the Sunset or a relative in Berkeley.
