Turnover cleaning for hosts

Airbnb & Short-Term Rental Turnover Cleaning in San Francisco, Oakland & Berkeley

You’ve got a checkout at 11 and a check-in at 3. The place has to be reset, not just tidied — beds stripped and remade with fresh linens, bathrooms done, trash out, floors clean, nothing left from the last guest. Sygora turns over short-term rentals in San Francisco, Oakland and Berkeley on a per-turnover basis, with the same cleaner coming back each time so the listing looks the same to every guest.

Takes about two minutes. From $134 per turnover.

01 / The reset

What an Airbnb turnover cleaning looks like

A turnover is a reset between guests, scheduled around your booking calendar. You tell us the checkout-to-check-in windows you need covered, and we get them on the schedule in advance, well ahead of the guest’s stay.

We’re not a rush service, and we won’t pretend otherwise — turnovers are booked ahead, not called in the morning of. Hosts who run a steady calendar get the most out of this: give us the dates, and the visits sit on the schedule like any other part of your operation.

Every visit works from the same scope, so you’re not re-explaining the job. Same cleaner, same checklist, same result the third time as the first.

02 / Included

What's included in every turnover

Every turnover covers the standard scope, reachable surfaces only — that means from the floor or a two-step stool.

Kitchen

Counters, backsplash and sink, appliance exteriors, stovetop and range exterior, cabinet and drawer faces wiped, floors swept and mopped, trash removed.

Bathrooms

Toilet cleaned and sanitized, shower, tub and surrounding tile, sink, vanity, counters and mirror, floors, trash.

All rooms

Dusting of reachable surfaces, carpets and rugs vacuumed in place, hard floors swept and mopped, general tidying, trash and recycling to your designated bin.

Linen swap

Included with every turnover at no extra charge. It isn’t an add-on and it isn’t a line on your invoice.

We bring all the products and equipment. If your listing needs more than the standard scope on a given visit — extra baths, or add-on work like an oven or interior windows — that gets added to the quote for that turnover rather than assumed.

03 / Out of scope

There's a limit worth knowing up front

We clean; we don’t do restoration. Hoarding-level conditions, mold, pests, pet waste and biohazard cleanup aren’t things we take on, and we don’t move heavy furniture or appliances or work above a two-step stool. If a guest leaves the place badly, tell us and we’ll price the extra work honestly instead of quietly running over.

04 / Price

What one Airbnb turnover costs

A single turnover starts at $179 in San Francisco. Buy a 6-pack and it’s from $149 per turnover in San Francisco, or from $134 per turnover in Oakland and Berkeley — Oakland and Berkeley pricing runs about 10% below San Francisco across the board.

Your actual figure depends on the listing — bedrooms, bath count, any add-on work you want on each visit. The quote form gives you the real number for your address, not a range.

05 / Packs

Pack sizes and how long a pack lasts

You can buy a single turnover or a pack of 4, 5 or 6. A one-off is the sensible way to try us before you commit a season to anyone.

Packs come with a validity window: four months on a 4-pack, five months on a 5-pack, six months on a 6-pack. If your calendar goes quiet and you’re going to run past that, ask us early rather than in the last week — there’s one 90-day extension we can grant, at our discretion.

06 / How it works

How it works for hosts

01

You book through the quote form

Pick your listing details, get your price, and pick your dates. When you submit, the time is held for about 30 minutes while you pay the deposit. If the hold expires, it cancels itself and nothing is charged.

02

You pay a deposit, not the pack

The deposit is 30% of the total with a $50 minimum, taken at checkout. On a pack, that deposit is taken on one turnover only — you’re not paying for the whole pack up front. The balance for each visit is due on completion, same day, by whichever method you choose. Nothing gets auto-charged to a card on file.

03

You get your dedicated cleaner

One person, not a rotating crew. They learn your listing: where the linens live, which closet stays shut, how the shower door sticks. If there’s an owner’s closet or a locked room you’d rather we skipped, say so at booking and it stays skipped.

04

If anything's not right, we come back

Tell us within 24 hours and we’ll re-clean the affected areas free. Guests don’t wait, so neither do we.

Insured, bonded, owner-operated

Sygora maintains general liability insurance appropriate to a residential cleaning business. We’re insured and bonded, and we’re owner-operated, so when something needs sorting there’s no queue between you and the person accountable for it.

When guests cancel

Plans change when guests cancel. Cancellations are free with 7+ days notice, and fees scale as notice gets shorter — the details are in our cancellation policy.

You can also reach us directly at 415-573-3588 or [email protected].

07 / Service area

Where we turn over listings

San Francisco, Oakland and Berkeley. Three cities, and that’s the whole map — we keep it tight so we’re never far when a turnover is on the calendar.

East Bay hosts running a weekly or bi-weekly booking rhythm tend to get the most out of a pack, since the turnovers are predictable and the per-turnover rate lands lower in Oakland and Berkeley than it does across the bridge. We’ll ZIP-check your listing at quote so you know before you book, not after.

If your listing needs more than routine turnovers — a first-visit reset before you start a schedule, standalone carpet cleaning between seasons, or a sofa that’s had a hard year — those are separate bookings we’re happy to fit in around the calendar.
