A turnover is a reset between guests, scheduled around your booking calendar. Give us the checkout-to-check-in windows and they go on the schedule ahead of time.
We don’t offer same-day or rush service; turnovers are booked ahead, not called in the morning of. Every visit works from the same checklist.
Every turnover covers the standard scope, reachable surfaces only, meaning from the floor or a two-step stool.
Counters, backsplash and sink, appliance exteriors, stovetop and range exterior, cabinet and drawer faces wiped, floors swept and mopped, trash removed.
Toilet cleaned and sanitized, shower, tub and surrounding tile, sink, vanity, counters and mirror, floors, trash.
Dusting of reachable surfaces, carpets and rugs vacuumed in place, hard floors swept and mopped, general tidying, trash and recycling to your designated bin.
Included with every turnover at no extra charge. It isn’t an add-on and it isn’t a line on your invoice.
We bring all products and equipment. Extra baths or add-ons like an oven or interior windows are added to that turnover’s quote, not assumed.
We clean; we don’t do restoration. If a guest leaves the place badly, tell us and we’ll price the extra work before doing it.
A single turnover starts at $179 in San Francisco. On a 6-pack it’s from $149 in San Francisco and from $134 in Oakland and Berkeley, about 10% less.

You can buy a single turnover or a pack of 4, 5 or 6. A one-off is the sensible way to try us before you commit a season to anyone.

Pack rates depend on finishing the pack within its window: four, five or six months. Cancel early, or let a pack expire, and the turnovers you’ve used are rebilled at the next-lower pack rate (the one-off rate below four). One 90-day extension is available at our discretion, so ask early if your calendar goes quiet.

Pick your listing details, price and dates. The time is held for about 30 minutes while you check out; if the hold lapses, nothing is charged.
The deposit is 25% of the total, $50 minimum, taken on one turnover only, not the whole pack. Each visit’s balance is due on completion, same day, by your chosen method. The card on file is never charged for the cleaning itself.
One person who learns your listing: where the linens live, which closet stays shut, how the shower door sticks. Owner’s closet or locked room? Say so at booking and it stays skipped.
Tell us within 24 hours and we’ll re-clean the affected areas free.
Insured and bonded, owner-operated, and every cleaner is background-checked and reference-checked.
Cancellations are free with more than 4 days’ notice; with less, the fee depends on how late the notice is. The first-cancellation waiver doesn’t apply to turnovers. Details are in our cancellation policy.

East Bay hosts on a steady calendar tend to get the most from a pack, since the per-turnover rate in Oakland and Berkeley is lower.
First-visit resets, carpet cleaning between seasons or a tired sofa are separate bookings we fit around your calendar.
Four months on a 4-pack, five on a 5-pack, six on a 6-pack, with one 90-day extension at our discretion. An expired pack is rebilled like a broken pack: used turnovers move to the next-lower pack rate.
