What we can’t do is decide the outcome. Your deposit is your landlord’s or property manager’s call, based on their own checklist and the condition of the property beyond cleaning.

The truck can run late; the handover can’t.
Availability in the quote flow is real-time. When you submit, we hold that time for about 30 minutes while you pay the deposit: 25% of the total, $50 minimum. The balance is due on completion, and the card on file is never charged for service.
Cancel more than 4 days before your clean and your deposit is refunded in full; with less notice, it’s applied toward the cancellation fee. See the cancellation policy.
Past roughly nine hours, a job splits across two consecutive days, under one booking; three days or more goes to a custom quote.
We don’t offer same-day or rush service, so book before your move week.
Some jobs aren’t ours at any price.

Empty is best. We can’t reach surfaces under furniture still in place, and we don’t move heavy furniture or appliances.

If anything’s not right, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll re-clean the affected areas free. There are no cash refunds; we’d rather come back and finish it.
