If your ZIP sits inside one of the three cities, the quote flow will price it. If it doesn’t, it’ll say so rather than take a booking we can’t keep. City-specific pages for Oakland and Berkeley are on the way.

Bathrooms including the toilet, shower, tub and tile, sink, vanity, mirror and floors. Every room dusted, vacuumed, mopped and tidied — all on reachable surfaces, meaning from the floor or a two-step stool, with anything higher excluded.
No, and we won’t tell you otherwise. That decision belongs to your landlord or property manager, and it takes in the whole condition of the property, not just how clean it is. What we do is leave the home inspection-ready to the scope described above.
Empty is best. If furniture is still in place, we can’t reach the surfaces underneath it, and those are usually the ones a walkthrough looks for. We don’t move heavy furniture or appliances, so anything still standing stays where it is.

Yes — all products and equipment come with us, and there’s nothing for you to buy or leave behind. If you’d rather we used eco/green products, that’s an available preference you can select at booking.
If anything’s not right, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll re-clean the affected areas free. There are no cash refunds, and there’s nothing to argue about — we’d rather come back and finish it. On cancellations: cancel at least 7 days before your clean and your deposit is refunded in full; with less notice, it’s applied toward the cancellation fee.
