This is our standard clean, room by room.
“Reachable” means from the floor or a two-step stool. Bed-making, inside appliances, interior windows and baseboards come with a higher level or as add-ons.
Home offices with documents or electronics out, nurseries, pet areas, rooms with valuables in view and locked rooms, unless you check them at booking.
Scope, tiers and the checklist are identical whether you book once or every other week.
The only difference is price: recurring plans take 5–15% off the base, and a one-time clean doesn’t.

Three levels. Pick the one that matches what you want done.
Our standard clean, start to finish, and what most people book first. It doesn’t include bed-making or linen changes.
Interior windows, appliance fronts, exterior cabinet detailing, light fixtures, blinds, inside the microwave, and beds made with fresh linens.
Specialty detailing, range-hood degreasing, two eligible add-ons included at no charge, priority scheduling, and a walkthrough with your cleaner before we start.

At booking you’ll tell us the home’s condition: maintained, light, moderate or heavy. Be honest; it’s how you get the right amount of time.
Heavy means about six months or more since a professional clean, or never. Those are priced automatically and reviewed before anything is confirmed.
Nothing is charged, no slot is held, and we confirm the price before we schedule. It’s a request, not a booking.
Need a heavier reset? Deep cleaning is built for it. Moving out? Move-out cleaning has its own scope.

We bring all products and equipment.
San Francisco, Oakland, Alameda, Berkeley, Emeryville & Piedmont. We keep the area tight, so your cleaner knows the parking and the building types.
You get one dedicated cleaner, the same person if you book again. We’re insured and bonded, and every cleaner is background-checked and reference-checked.
The standard path takes four steps.
The deposit is 25% of your total, $50 minimum, at checkout; it locks your date and price. The balance is due on completion, same day, by your chosen method. The card on file is never charged for service.
Your quote and time slot hold for about 30 minutes while you check out. If the window passes, it lapses and there’s no fee.
Cancel more than 4 days before your clean and your deposit is refunded in full; with less notice, it’s applied toward the cancellation fee. Full details are in the cancellation policy, and a first cancellation with written notice is always waived. And if anything’s not right, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll re-clean the affected areas free.
Heavy-condition homes, custom jobs and addresses outside our area go to a person instead of checkout. Nothing is charged and no slot is held.
