Sometimes you just want the place cleaned once. Book a single house cleaning with us and that’s the whole arrangement — no plan, no subscription, nothing to cancel later. It starts at $179, and you’ll see your number before you pay anything.
Takes about two minutes. Nothing is charged until you check out.

This is our standard clean, room by room. Nothing is trimmed back because you’re booking once.
“Reachable” means from the floor or a two-step stool — anything higher is out of scope, so nobody’s on a ladder in your home. And the standard clean doesn’t cover bed-making, insides of appliances, interior windows or baseboards. Those come with a higher level or as add-ons, and you can pick them at booking.
Home offices with documents or electronics out, nurseries, pet sleeping and crate areas, rooms with anything valuable in view, and any locked room. Your home, your call. If you want those rooms cleaned, check the box at booking and we’ll take care of them.
Scope doesn’t change. Tiers don’t change. The checklist your cleaner works from is identical whether you book once or every other week.
The only difference is price: recurring plans carry a frequency discount on the base part of the price, and a one-time clean doesn’t. That’s it. Nothing about the cleaning itself is held back for plan customers.
So book once now, and if you decide later that you’d rather have it handled on a schedule, a closer look at how recurring cleaning works is there when you want it. Recurring rates are commitment-based — the cancellation policy has those details when you get there.
One-time cleaning starts at $179, which is also our booking minimum. That’s a 1BR in San Francisco at our Essential level, in maintained condition.
Rather than guess, put your details in and see the real figure. It takes about two minutes, and nothing is charged until you choose to check out. If you want the full breakdown of how our levels and services are priced, that all lives on our pricing details.
Three levels, same cleaners, same care. Pick the one that matches what you want done.
Our standard clean, start to finish — the full kitchen, bathroom and all-rooms scope above. It’s a complete clean on its own, and it’s what most people book first. It does not include bed-making or linen changes.
Interior windows, appliance fronts, exterior cabinet detailing, light fixtures, blinds, inside the microwave, and beds made with fresh linens.
Specialty detailing, range-hood degreasing, two eligible add-ons included at no charge, priority scheduling, and a walkthrough with your cleaner before we start.
More on how the levels compare, with the full scope for each, is in our house cleaning guide.
At booking you’ll tell us the condition of the home: maintained, light, moderate, or heavy. Be honest here — it’s how we get you the right amount of time instead of a cleaner rushing at the end.
Heavy or restoration condition means it’s been roughly six months or more since a professional clean, or never. Those requests are priced automatically and then reviewed by us before anything is confirmed.
Nothing is charged that day, no time slot is held, and we confirm the price first and then call you to schedule. It’s a request, not a booking.
If what you actually need is a heavier one-time reset before regular upkeep, deep cleaning is built for that. Moving out? Move-out cleaning has its own scope and deposit-return angle.
One more thing that saves you a booking.
Pick these at booking and they’re on the list before we arrive. There’s a $30 minimum per add-on, and prices show in your quote.
You don’t need to supply anything for any of it. We bring all products and equipment. If you’d rather we use eco/green products in your home, that’s the add-on to check.
San Francisco, Oakland & Berkeley. Three cities, and that’s the whole map — we keep it tight so we’re never far when you need us, and so your cleaner knows the parking and the building types before showing up.
You get one dedicated cleaner, and it’s the same person if you book again. Sygora maintains general liability insurance appropriate to a residential cleaning business, and we’re insured and bonded.
The standard path is quick: enter your details, see your price, pick your date, pay the deposit.
The deposit is 30% of your total with a $50 minimum, taken at checkout, and your date and price are locked once it lands. The balance is due on completion, same day, by whatever method you choose — we never auto-charge the card on file for service.
Your quote and time slot hold for about 30 minutes while you check out. If the window passes, it cancels itself and there’s no fee.
Cancel at least 7 days before your clean and your deposit is refunded in full; with less notice, it’s applied toward the cancellation fee. Full details are in the cancellation policy, and a first cancellation with written notice is always waived. And if anything’s not right, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll re-clean the affected areas free.
The standard path goes straight through checkout. Three routes work differently, so you’re not surprised: heavy-condition homes, jobs that need a custom quote, and addresses outside the three cities all go to a person instead of a checkout. Nothing is charged and no slot is held on those, and we pick it up from there.
Takes about two minutes. Nothing is charged until you choose to check out.
