- standalone - no house cleaning required-
The build is done. The dust isn’t. Fine construction dust ends up on door frames, in window tracks and across floors you just paid for. We clean homes after renovation work, so the place feels like yours again, not a job site.
Every post-construction job is a custom quote for your home; there’s no rate card. Here’s what we do, what we don’t, and how to get a number.
Nothing is charged and no date is held while we price it.
No rate card. The price follows the job the contractors left.
One person does the whole job, with all products and equipment.
SF, Oakland, Alameda, Berkeley, Emeryville and Piedmont.
One bathroom, a kitchen gut or a whole-home build-out: the work is the same in kind. We get the settled dust off every reachable surface, then clean what’s underneath.
A single room, an addition, a kitchen and a bath: it all fits. Send the details and we’ll tell you straight whether it’s ours.
Cabinet interiors, interior windows and tracks, and detailed fixture work depend on how the job was left. Mention them when you ask for a price and we’ll confirm them in writing.
“Reachable” means from the floor or a two-step stool. Anything higher is outside what we take on.
Built-up grime in the usual places, on a normal sequence.
Dry, fine dust in every gap that resettles the moment you disturb it. More passes, a different order of work, and more time per surface.
They sound similar and they aren’t.
Not under construction, just due a heavier reset? That’s deep cleaning. Renovated and moving out? Move-out cleaning may fit better, and we’ll say so when we read your details.
The plain list, so nothing catches you out on the day.
We skip some rooms unless you check them at booking: home offices with documents or electronics out, nurseries, pet areas, rooms with valuables in view, and anything locked.
The rule: if the dust is on a reachable surface in a finished home, it’s in scope.
No rate card, on purpose. A tidy single-room remodel and a whole-floor build-out left open for six weeks are different jobs, and pricing by bedroom count would make one of you overpay.
Three things drive your number:
You send the details, we send a price for your home. Nothing is charged and no date is held until you decide.
One dedicated cleaner does the whole job, working through your home in order. We bring everything: products, vacuum, cloths.
Past roughly nine hours, we split the job across two consecutive days, and you see both dates before you confirm.
We book post-construction cleans for after the work is finished. If trades are still going, the dust resettles behind us and you pay twice. Timeline still moving? Say so in your quote request and we’ll work around it.
We work in six cities: San Francisco, Oakland, Alameda, Berkeley, Emeryville & Piedmont.
Insured and bonded, and every cleaner is background-checked and reference-checked. Not right? Tell us within 24 hours and we’ll re-clean the affected areas free. Cancellations are free with more than 4 days’ notice; with less, the fee depends on how late the notice is. See the cancellation policy.
Tell us what was built or renovated, roughly how big the home is, and how the contractors left it. Photos help more than adjectives: email a couple of the dustiest room to the address below.
Or call 415-573-3588, or email [email protected]. See our full range on the services hub.
It’s custom-quoted per home, because the price depends on how much work was done, the size of your home, and how the contractors left it. Send the details through the quote form and we’ll send a price.
No. We clean; we don’t haul debris or remove paint, adhesive or grout residue. That belongs on your contractor’s punch list.
We schedule for after the work is finished, because dust from ongoing trades settles again within hours. If the finish date is uncertain, mention it when you ask for a quote.
