We vacuum the piece first, work the cushions and crevices, then run steam extraction over the fabric. Removable cushions get both sides. We bring all products and equipment.
Armchair, ottoman or dining chairs? Still upholstery work. Tell us what you’ve got and we’ll price it before you book.
Hot-water extraction, which most people call steam cleaning. Hot water and solution go into the fabric under pressure, and the machine pulls the water, and the dirt in it, straight back out.
The order is always the same.
Some marks lift and some don’t. You’ll hear which we expect before we start, not after.
So loose dirt and hair come off before any water touches the fabric.

A standalone upholstery visit has a $179 minimum. A sectional, the sofa-and-loveseat bundle, or any two pieces clear it on their own. A single sofa or loveseat pairs with a second piece or joins a house clean.

Upholstery is always charged separately, even on the Signature tier. It isn’t one of that tier’s two free add-ons.
Carpets and rugs are priced on their own terms, so they’re separate services: carpet cleaning and rug cleaning.

We work in six cities: San Francisco, Oakland, Alameda, Berkeley, Emeryville & Piedmont. A tight service area keeps us close by.
Upholstery prices are the same in all of them. You’ll see your price in the quote before you pay anything.
Clear the sofa before we arrive: blankets, laptops, remotes and anything underneath. Cushions can stay. If a sectional sits tight against a wall, tell us at booking.
The furniture will be damp when we finish. Give it about 4–6 hours before sitting on it; standing cushions and an open window help it dry.
We supply everything else. Just let us in, point at the pieces, and mention any spots to look at first.
Insured and bonded, and every cleaner is background-checked and reference-checked. Not right? Tell us within 24 hours and we’ll re-clean the affected areas free.
Your quote is held for about 30 minutes while you check out. If it expires, nothing is charged.
A 25% deposit ($50 minimum) at checkout. The balance is due the same day the job is done, by the method you prefer. The card on file is never charged for the cleaning itself.
Cancellations are free with more than 4 days’ notice; with less, the fee depends on how late the notice is. The details are on our cancellation policy page.

A loveseat starts at $129, a 3-seat sofa at $149, a sectional at $229, and a sofa and loveseat together at $249. You can book any of them without a house clean; a standalone visit has a $179 minimum.
About 4–6 hours. The fabric stays damp after extraction, so leave the cushions standing and keep air moving through the room.
