We don’t take rugs away or clean off-site. For an antique, a silk weave or anything you’d normally send out, we’d rather tell you now that we’re not the right fit. Anything unusual gets its own quote.
Your cleaner checks each rug in person and confirms its tier before starting. If a rug sits between two sizes, you hear about it first. The price is settled before we start, not after.

Rugs alone can fill the visit. Two large rugs, or three medium ones, clear the $179 minimum after the 15% off; otherwise an add-on covers the rest.

A 25% deposit ($50 minimum) at checkout holds your price and time slot. The hold lasts about 30 minutes while you pay.
Your cleaner arrives in the arrival window, confirms rug sizes with you and gets to work. We bring the products and equipment; eco/green products are a $35 add-on.
Pay the balance the same day, by the method you choose. The card on file is never charged for the cleaning itself.
Not right? Tell us within 24 hours and we’ll re-clean the affected areas free. Cancellations are free with more than 4 days’ notice; with less, the fee depends on how late the notice is. See the cancellation policy.
