About your home. Takes two minutes.
A real figure, not a callback promise.
30% of the total, $50 minimum.
Balance due that same day, your method.
Coverage is city-wide across our service footprint. That includes the Castro and the surrounding central neighborhoods, the Richmond and the Sunset, Noe Valley, Bernal Heights, Potrero Hill, the Marina and Pacific Heights, Hayes Valley, SoMa, and the northeast waterfront neighborhoods.
If your street isn’t on that list, don’t count yourself out. The list is shorthand, not the boundary — the quote form checks your address against our actual footprint and tells you straight away. We work in three cities: San Francisco, Oakland & Berkeley. We keep it to three so we’re never far when you need us.
Named neighborhoods marked. The quote form confirms your address in a second.
A lot of this city is pre-war, and that changes the work. Victorian and Edwardian flats come with tall single-pane sash windows, deep window casings, picture rails and painted wood trim. All of that holds dust differently from flat modern drywall, so it gets attention as trim, not as wall.
Floors are the other difference. Original hardwood and softwood is common here, so floor care is chosen for the finish that’s actually on your boards rather than one method applied everywhere.
Then there’s getting in the door. Walk-ups and buildings without elevators are normal in most of the city, so equipment comes in on foot — no loading-dock assumptions. Street parking is part of the job in most SF neighborhoods, and your arrival window accounts for that instead of pretending otherwise. If circling for a spot puts us behind, you hear from us before you’re left wondering.
This is the Essential tier — the Standard Clean. “Reachable” means from the floor or a two-step stool. Anything above that is out of scope.
Bed-making or linen changes, inside appliances, interior windows, or baseboards. Those come with the Complete or Signature tiers, or as add-ons you choose. Nothing gets skipped quietly — if it isn’t on the list, it isn’t in the price.
The Standard Clean above, start to finish. It’s a complete clean on its own — most homes on a regular schedule never need more than this.

You choose the tier at booking, and you can change it next time. A closer look at how house cleaning works and what each tier covers is worth two minutes before you pick.
starting price, and our booking minimum
House cleaning in San Francisco starts at $179. That’s a one-bedroom home at Essential tier in maintained condition, and it’s also our booking minimum — you can buy exactly one clean at that price. No plan, no pack, no commitment attached.
If your home hasn’t had a professional clean in six months or more — or ever — it’s priced automatically and reviewed before we confirm it, so nobody guesses at the hours.
You don’t have to call to find out your number. The online quote gives you a real figure in a few minutes, and the full pricing detail, tier by tier and add-on by add-on, is on the page where it belongs.
A single clean in San Francisco.
A single clean in San Francisco.
A one-time clean is exactly that. Same scope, same tiers, same prices, no plan to sign — good for a reset, a guest visit, or trying us out. Start with a one-time clean with no plan.
If you’d rather stop thinking about it, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly schedules are available, and the discount comes off the base rate — bi-weekly saves 10% on the base. Bi-weekly is what most busy households land on. Recurring rates are commitment-based, and the details are in our cancellation policy. Recurring and bi-weekly plans explain how the schedule runs.
Apartments and condos are most of the work in this city, and they come with their own rules. Elevator bookings, buzzer codes, a shared trash room three floors down, a building that only allows service access at certain hours — tell us at booking and it’s planned for, not discovered on the day.
Smaller square footage usually means a shorter visit and a lower price, since size is one of the things the quote reads. A studio or one-bedroom flat starts at the same $179 minimum as any other home. And if you’re in a single-family house, a condo, a converted flat or a walk-up unit above a garage, it’s the same service — the building type changes the logistics, never what’s included.

So you’re not left guessing. If your job needs one of those, we’ll say so rather than take the booking.
One cleaner is assigned to your home and comes back each visit. Quoted hours reflect that person’s time — team size never changes what’s in scope, because there is no team rotating through your place. Sygora is owner-operated, so when something needs sorting, it doesn’t get passed around. Here’s who does the cleaning.
We bring all the products and equipment. Eco/green products are available as a paid option if you’d rather we use them. If you have pets, there’s a flat pet surcharge that covers the extra dander and hair workload.
Sensitive to scents? Say so at booking and we’ll respect your fragrance preferences. And if the job turns out bigger than described, we talk to you first — added time or scope is always confirmed with you before it costs anything more.
Sygora maintains general liability insurance appropriate to a residential cleaning business, and we’re bonded. On privacy: we don’t run ads or cross-site tracking, your card number never touches our systems (checkout is hosted by Stripe), access codes are used only for service and deleted whenever you ask, and SMS data is never sold.
Some rooms stay closed unless you say otherwise. Home offices with visible documents or electronics, nurseries, pet sleeping and crate areas, rooms with valuables in view, and any locked room are skipped by default — check them at booking if you want them cleaned.
Booking happens online, and the standard path is quick — answer the questions about your home, see your price, pick a date, pay the deposit. Homes in heavy condition and jobs that need a custom quote take a different route with a person involved, so those aren’t instant.
The deposit is 30% of the total with a $50 minimum, taken at checkout. The balance is due when the clean is done, that same day, by whichever method you choose — it’s never auto-charged to the card on file. The card on file is only ever charged for fees under our cancellation policy.
Cancel at least 7 days before your clean and your deposit is refunded in full; with less notice, it’s applied toward the cancellation fee. Fees scale as notice gets shorter, and the full detail is in the cancellation policy. Customers need to be 18 or older to book.

Yes. One dedicated cleaner is assigned to your home, and quoted hours reflect that cleaner’s time. No rotating staff, no re-explaining your place every visit.
No. Plenty of customers aren’t. You set up access at booking — keys, a code, a doorman, whatever works. Access codes are used only for service and deleted on request. Offices, nurseries, pet areas, rooms with valuables and locked rooms stay closed unless you check them at booking.
Anything above floor or two-step-stool reach. Essential also leaves out bed-making and linens, inside appliances, interior windows and baseboards — all available with a higher tier or as add-ons. And we don’t handle biohazard cleanup, pet waste or urine, litter boxes, mold, pests, exterior windows above ground-floor reach, hoarding conditions, or moving heavy furniture and appliances.
If anything’s not right, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll re-clean the affected areas free.
Book online through the quote flow. You pay a 30% deposit with a $50 minimum at checkout, and the balance is due on completion the same day, by your chosen method — never auto-charged. Cancel with 7+ days notice and the deposit comes back in full. Details are in the cancellation policy.
