Much of the city is pre-war. Victorian and Edwardian flats have tall sash windows, deep casings, picture rails and painted wood trim. We clean all of it as trim, not as wall.
Original hardwood and softwood floors are common here, so floor care matches the finish on your boards.
Walk-ups without elevators are normal here, so equipment comes in on foot. Street parking is part of the job, and your arrival window allows for it. If parking puts us behind, you hear from us first.
This is the Essential tier. “Reachable” means from the floor or a two-step stool.

One cleaner is assigned to your home and comes back each visit, and quoted hours are that person’s time. Here’s who does the cleaning.
We bring all products and equipment; eco/green products are a $35 add-on. Pets add a flat $35 for the extra hair and dander.

Every Sygora cleaner is background-checked and reference-checked, and we’re insured and bonded.
Home offices with papers out, nurseries, pet areas, rooms with valuables in view and locked rooms stay closed unless you check them.
Booking is online and takes a few minutes. Heavy-condition homes and custom jobs go to a person first.
Cancel more than 4 days before your clean and your deposit is refunded in full; with less notice, it’s applied toward the cancellation fee. The card on file is only for those fees, never for service. Full detail is in the cancellation policy. Customers need to be 18 or older to book.
