Essential plus interior windows, appliance fronts, exterior cabinet detailing, light fixtures, blinds, inside microwave, and bed-making with linen changes.
Complete plus specialty detailing, range hood degreasing, two eligible add-ons included at no charge, priority scheduling, and a walkthrough before we start.
Booking the same tier on a schedule? Recurring cleaning plans cost less per visit. Prefer to try us once first? One-time cleaning uses these same three tiers. And if you’re handing back keys, move-out cleaning is its own thing.
House cleaning starts at $179. Three things move it: your home’s size (bedrooms and square footage), the tier, and its condition. Extra bathrooms and add-ons sit on top. One bath is included for 1–2 bedrooms, two for 3–4, three for 5.
Add-ons are flat-priced from $30 each: inside oven or fridge, interior windows, baseboards, cabinets, laundry and more. Pick them at booking.
If your home hasn’t had a professional clean in six months or more, that’s a Heavy condition. It’s priced automatically and reviewed before we confirm. Nothing is charged and no slot is held until we’ve agreed the price and a date with you.

Home offices with documents or electronics out, nurseries, pet sleeping areas, rooms with valuables in sight, and locked rooms are skipped unless you check them at booking. Your home, your call.
One cleaner, assigned to you, in your home each visit. Not a rotating list of names. The quoted hours are that cleaner’s time, so a bigger home takes longer rather than getting a bigger group.
By the second visit, your cleaner knows where the dish rack goes and which room you’d rather they left alone. That’s hard to hand off, so we don’t.
Every Sygora cleaner is background-checked and reference-checked.
We bring all products and equipment. If you’d rather we use different products, eco and green products are a $35 add-on you check at booking.
Dogs and cats can stay home while we clean. Tell us about your pet at booking.
That’s a flat $35 on house cleaning and deep cleaning, not per pet, and it shows in your quote before you pay. We don’t handle pet waste of any kind.
Answer a few questions about your home, pick your tier, date and add-ons, and you’ll see your price on the spot. Book it and your date is locked and your cleaner assigned.
The deposit is 25% of the total with a $50 minimum, taken at checkout. The balance is due on completion, the same day, by whatever method you choose. We never auto-charge the card on file.
Cancel more than 4 days before your clean and your deposit is refunded in full; with less notice, it’s applied toward the cancellation fee. The details are on our cancellation policy.
A Heavy-condition home is reviewed before we confirm, a job longer than three days gets a custom quote, and a ZIP outside our area can’t be booked.
In those cases nothing is charged and no slot is held. We come back to you.
