01 / Standard clean

What's included in a standard clean

Every home cleaning service we do starts from the same standard clean. Here’s exactly what that covers.

Kitchen

Bathrooms

All rooms

One word to pin down

Reachable means anything your cleaner can get to from the floor or a two-step stool. Above that we don’t go — no ladders, no climbing. If a high shelf or a top-of-cabinet is on your mind, tell us at booking and we’ll say plainly whether it’s in reach.

What's not included as standard

The standard clean is the Essential tier, and it’s complete on its own. A few jobs sit outside it on purpose, so nobody is surprised at the door:

None of these are off the table. They’re either part of a higher tier or available as add-ons you pick at booking. And if it’s been six months or more since a professional clean — or never — the right starting point is usually a deep cleaning first, then a standard clean from there.

02 / Tiers and price

Choosing your tier

Three tiers, same dedicated cleaner, same care. Pick by how much detail you want, not by how much you care about your home.

Essential

The standard clean

The standard clean above. Kitchen, bathrooms, and all rooms, floors to reachable surfaces. This is the tier most people book, and it’s the whole job as described.

Complete

Essential plus

Essential plus interior windows, appliance fronts, exterior cabinet detailing, light fixtures, blinds, inside microwave, and bed-making with linen changes.

Signature

Complete plus

Complete plus specialty detailing, range hood degreasing, two eligible add-ons included at no charge, priority scheduling, and a walkthrough before we start.

Booking the same tier on a schedule? Recurring cleaning plans keep the same cleaner on the same rhythm. Prefer to try us once first? One-time cleaning uses these same three tiers. And if you’re handing back keys, move-out cleaning is its own thing.

What it costs and what moves the price

Residential cleaning services shouldn’t need a phone call to price. House cleaning starts at $179, and three things move the number from there: the size of your home (bedrooms and square footage), the tier you choose, and the condition it’s in right now. Bathrooms beyond the included count and any add-ons sit on top — one bath is included for a 1–2 bedroom, two for a 3–4 bedroom, three for a 5 bedroom.

Add-ons are flat-priced and start at $30 each. Inside oven, inside fridge, interior windows, baseboards, inside cabinets, walls, balcony or patio, dishes, laundry and linens, decluttering, and more. Pick them at booking.

Live in Oakland or Berkeley? Your pricing runs about 10% below San Francisco.

Heavy condition

If your home hasn’t had a professional clean in six months or more, that’s a Heavy condition. It’s priced automatically, reviewed before confirmation — so nothing’s charged and no time slot is held until we’ve confirmed the price with you and set a date together.

It takes about two minutes.

The numbers, plainly
  • House cleaning from $179
  • Add-ons flat, from $30 each
  • Oakland and Berkeley about 10% below San Francisco
  • Homes with pets flat $35 surcharge

Pets are welcome to stay put — we're not going to ask you to board the cat. Fur and dander are real extra work, and the surcharge covers it. We don't handle pet waste, litter boxes, or urine cleanup, at any price.

  • Deposit at booking 30% of the total, $50 minimum

Rooms you'd rather we skip

Some rooms we won’t go into unless you ask us to. Home offices with visible documents or electronics, nurseries, pet sleeping areas, rooms with anything valuable in sight, and any locked room are all skipped by default.

If you want them cleaned, check them at booking. If you don’t, you don’t have to explain why. Your home, your call.

03 / Your cleaner

Your dedicated cleaner

One cleaner, assigned to you, in your home each visit. Not a rotating list of names. The quoted hours are that cleaner’s time, so a bigger home takes longer rather than getting a bigger group.

The reason we do it this way is simple: after the second visit, your cleaner already knows which cabinet the dish rack goes back into and which room you’d rather they left alone. That’s hard to hand off, so we don’t.

We’re insured and bonded. Sygora maintains general liability insurance appropriate to a residential cleaning business.

04 / Products

Eco and green products

We bring all the products and equipment — you don’t need to buy or set out a thing. If you’d rather we use different products, eco and green products are available as an add-on you check at booking.

Pick it and that’s what your cleaner brings. No forms, no conversation about it at the door.

05 / Booking

How booking works

Answer a few questions about your home, pick your tier, date, and any add-ons, and you’ll see your price on the spot. Take the deposit and you’re set — date locked, cleaner assigned. Most people are through it in a couple of minutes.

Deposit, balance, cancellation

The deposit is 30% of the total with a $50 minimum, taken at checkout. The balance is due on completion, the same day, by whatever method you choose — we never auto-charge the card on file.

Cancel at least 7 days before your clean and your deposit is refunded in full; with less notice, it’s applied toward the cancellation fee. The details are on our cancellation policy.

Three situations that don't price instantly

We’d rather say so now: a Heavy-condition home goes to review before confirmation, a job spanning three or more days becomes a custom quote we build for you, and a ZIP outside our three cities can’t be booked at all.

In those cases nothing is charged and no slot is held — we come back to you.

If anything's not right, tell us within 24 hours and we'll re-clean the affected areas free.
