This is a residential service. Whether it was one bathroom, a kitchen gut, or a whole-home build-out, the work is the same in kind: get the settled construction dust off every reachable surface, then clean what’s underneath it.
Small remodel or full build-out, we look at it the same way. If your job is somewhere in between — a single room, an addition, a kitchen and a bath — it still fits. Send the details and we’ll tell you straight whether it’s ours.
Some post-construction work needs a look before we promise it. Cabinet interiors, interior windows and their tracks, and detailed fixture work are things we scope on your quote rather than list as automatic — the amount of dust in them depends entirely on how the job was left. Tell us about them when you ask for a price and we’ll confirm them in writing.
“Reachable” means from the floor or a two-step stool. Anything higher than that is outside what we take on, which we’d rather say now than on the day.

Dry, fine dust that has drifted into every gap and settles again the moment you disturb it. More passes, a different order of work, and more time on surfaces a lived-in home wouldn’t need.
They sound similar and they aren’t.
If your home wasn’t under construction and you just want a heavier reset than usual, deep cleaning is the right page. If you renovated and you’re also moving out of the place, move-out cleaning may be the better fit, and we’ll say so when we read your details. Either way, you won’t be sold the wrong one — we’d rather route you correctly than book you once.
Here’s the plain list, so nothing on the day catches you out.
Some rooms we skip unless you tell us otherwise — home offices with documents or electronics out, nurseries, rooms with valuables in view, and anything locked. Check them at booking if you want them included. Your home, your call.
On the cleaning itself, the rule is simple. If the dust is on a reachable surface in a finished home, it’s in scope.
There’s no rate card on this page, and that’s deliberate. Post-construction work varies too much to price off bedroom count. A tidy single-room remodel and a whole-floor build-out that sat open for six weeks are not the same job, and quoting them the same way would mean one of you overpays.
Three things drive your number. We read those together and quote the job.
So this one is a custom quote rather than an instant price. You send the details, we come back with a price for your specific home. Nothing is charged and no date is held while we do that — you’ll see the price first, then decide.
You get one dedicated cleaner. Not a rotating list of names, and not a crew tramping through — the same person, working through your home in order. If a job is big enough to need another pair of hands, that changes how long it takes, never what gets cleaned.
Long jobs of roughly nine hours or more get split across two consecutive days, and you’ll see both dates before you confirm anything. Anything needing three days or more is quoted individually.
We bring everything — products, vacuum, cloths, the lot. You don’t need to buy or leave out a thing.
We book post-construction cleans for after the work is finished. If painters or trades are still going, the dust simply resettles behind us and you pay twice for the same surface. If your timeline is still moving, say so when you ask for the quote and we’ll work around it.

If anything’s not right, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll re-clean the affected areas free.

Post-construction cleaning deals with fine construction dust spread across every surface after building work, which takes a different sequence and more passes to get off and keep off. No. We clean — we don’t haul debris or remove paint, adhesive, or grout residue. That work belongs to your contractor’s punch list. Once it’s off the list, we’re the next step.
We schedule for after the work is finished. Dust kicked up by ongoing trades settles again within hours, so cleaning early means cleaning twice. If the finish date is still uncertain, mention it at quote stage and we’ll plan around it.
