Our Essential clean is the full standard clean. It’s not a stripped-down version of something better — it’s what most people book, and it’s complete on its own.
Counters, backsplash, and sink. Appliance exteriors and the outside of the stovetop and range. Cabinet and drawer faces wiped down. Floors swept and mopped. Trash out.
Toilet cleaned and sanitized, bowl to base. Shower, tub, and the tile around them. Sink, vanity, counters, and mirror. Floors and trash.
Dusting of reachable surfaces, vacuuming carpets and rugs in place, sweeping and mopping hard floors, general tidying, and trash and recycling out to your bin.
“Reachable” means from the floor or a two-step stool. Anything higher than that we leave alone — it’s a safety line, not a shortcut.
A few things aren’t in Essential, and we’d rather say so up front than have you find out on the day: bed-making and linen changes, the insides of appliances, interior windows, and baseboards. Those come with the Complete or Signature tiers, or you can add them on individually when you book. You don’t have to commit to anything. Every tier is available as a one-time clean or on a recurring rhythm.
A one-time clean is the same scope and the same price structure as a regular visit, with no plan attached. If you’d rather not think about it again, recurring cleaning runs weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly at a lower base rate. Recurring rates are commitment-based, so the terms are worth a read in our cancellation policy before you pick a rhythm.
If it’s been a while — six months, a year, or the place has never had a professional clean — deep cleaning is the better starting point. Most people book one deep clean first and go recurring after that, which keeps the regular visits shorter.
We work in three cities: San Francisco, Oakland, and Berkeley. That’s the whole map, on purpose — it keeps us close enough to show up when we say we will.
A lot of Oakland homes are older Victorian or Craftsman properties with original hardwood and detailed woodwork. Cleaning them well takes more care, not more force — low-moisture floor cleaning, gentler products on old finishes, and extra time on the wood detail. Your cleaner works that way by default in homes like these, and if a surface looks like it needs a specialist rather than a cleaner, we’ll say so instead of guessing.
We clean apartments and condos as often as we clean houses. Pricing goes by bedrooms, square footage, and condition — not by whether you’re in a single-family home, a duplex, or a fourth-floor unit. A one-bedroom apartment and a one-bedroom cottage price the same way. If there’s a gate code, a callbox, or a service elevator we should know about, there’s a spot for that when you book, so your cleaner gets in and starts on time.

What moves your price from there: the size of your home, how many bedrooms and bathrooms it has, what condition it’s in, which tier you choose, and which city you’re in. Add-ons like inside the oven, interior windows, or baseboards are priced separately, and there’s a flat pet surcharge on house and deep cleans that covers the extra dander and hair.

We’re owner-operated, insured and bonded. Sygora maintains general liability insurance appropriate to a residential cleaning business.
We bring everything — all products and equipment. If you’d rather we use eco-friendly products, that’s an add-on you can select at booking.
If anything’s not right, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll re-clean the affected areas free. Pets are welcome, and worth mentioning at booking — your cleaner works around them safely and keeps doors and gates the way you left them. Sensitive to scents? Say so when you book and we’ll respect your fragrance preferences. And if the job turns out bigger than what you described, we talk to you first — added time or scope is always confirmed with you before it costs anything more.
Some rooms we won’t enter unless you check the box at booking. It’s off by default because your home is yours, and you shouldn’t have to ask for that.

At checkout there’s a deposit — 30% of your total, with a $50 minimum.
