01 / Home cleaning

Home cleaning

This is the everyday family: keeping a home up, resetting one that’s gotten away from you, or clearing out at the end of a lease.

House cleaning

from $179

Our standard clean — kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dusting and tidying of reachable surfaces. You choose one of three tiers. Essential is the front-door option and a complete clean on its own. Complete adds interior windows, appliance fronts, cabinet detailing, blinds and bed-making with fresh linens. Signature adds specialty detailing, range-hood degreasing, priority scheduling and a walkthrough before we start. Starts at $179 in San Francisco.

For you if: you want a real clean and you’d like to choose how far it goes.

One-time cleaning

no commitment

The same clean, the same tiers, booked once. No commitment, no plan required.

For you if: guests are coming, the lease inspection is Friday, or you just want to see how we work before deciding anything.

Recurring cleaning

lower rate

Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly visits with your dedicated cleaner, at a lower rate than booking one at a time. Recurring rates are commitment-based — the details are in our cancellation policy, and you get free skips when life happens.

For you if: you’re tired of the house being a running to-do item.

Deep cleaning

from $326

A heavier, fixed scope for a home that hasn’t had a professional clean in a while. There’s no tier or condition to pick here — deep cleaning is one elevated scope, and it’s the usual first visit before a recurring plan starts. From $326 in San Francisco, $293 in Oakland and Berkeley.

For you if: it’s been six months or more, or it’s never been done.

Move-out & move-in cleaning

from $299

Empty-home cleaning at either end of a move, done to an inspection-ready standard so the deposit conversation is short. Move-in is covered on the same page. From $299.

For you if: you’re handing back keys, or you’d rather not inherit someone else’s kitchen.

Not every situation fits neatly in one of these five, and that’s fine — if you’re somewhere between a standard clean and a deep clean, or between one-time and recurring, tell us what the place looks like and we’ll point you to the right one.

02 / Surfaces

Carpet, rug & upholstery

These are surface jobs. You can book them on their own, or add them to a house clean while we’re already there. The standalone bookings use our steam equipment (hot-water extraction) and have their own minimums.

Wall-to-wall carpet, priced by room, with stairs charged by the flight.

from $149

Loose rugs you can pick up and move — small, medium or large — cleaned in your home. Rugs and wall-to-wall carpet are two different bookings, so if it lifts off the floor, rug is your page.

by size

Steam cleaning for a loveseat, a three-seat sofa or a sectional.

from $179

Mattresses, tile, hardwood and leather. There’s no set price on these — tell us what you’ve got and we’ll quote the job.

quoted

Whichever of these you pick, say the word at booking and we’ll fold it into a house clean instead of a separate visit — the in-clean version is priced differently, and we’ll show you both numbers.

03 / Turnovers

Short-term rental turnovers

Turnovers are their own service, on their own pricing, because your clock is a checkout time and not a Saturday morning. Same cleaner working your unit, the same checklist every visit, and a linen swap included with every turnover at no extra charge — it’s not an add-on.

Buy one turnover at a time, or buy a pack — packs come as 4, 5 or 6 turnovers. A single one-off turnover is $179 in San Francisco. Go with the largest pack, the 6-pack, and each turnover comes down to $149 in San Francisco or $134 in Oakland and Berkeley.

04 / Renovation

After renovation or construction

Post-renovation dust gets into everything, and it takes different work than a normal clean. We handle post-construction cleaning for homes, quoted on request once we know the size and state of the space.

05 / Which one?

Not sure which one you need?

Two questions sort out most of it.

Standard clean or deep clean?

One-time or recurring?

Still unsure? Answer a few questions about your place and we’ll price the right service for it.

08 / Questions

Common questions

A standard house clean is upkeep — kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dusting and tidying, at the tier you choose. Deep cleaning is a fixed, heavier scope with no tier or condition to select, built for a home that hasn’t had a professional clean in a while. Most people start with a deep clean, then keep it up with standard visits.

No. One-time cleaning is a full clean at the same scope and the same three tiers — no commitment, no plan required. Recurring cleaning exists because a schedule earns you a lower rate, and it’s commitment-based, so the terms are laid out in our cancellation policy before you agree to anything.

Yes. Carpet, rug and upholstery each have their own standalone booking with its own minimum. They also exist as add-ons to a house clean, priced differently, if you’d rather have it all done in one visit.

Yes — we bring all products and equipment, so there’s nothing for you to buy or leave out. If you’d prefer we use eco/green products, that’s available as a paid add-on at booking.

San Francisco, Oakland & Berkeley.

Yes. Turnovers are priced per turnover, not by tier and condition, and a linen swap is included every time at no extra charge. Buy them one at a time or in packs of 4, 5 or 6.
