Sygora LLC is a California limited liability company. Not a franchise, not an app, not a marketplace passing your booking to whoever answers first.
You get one dedicated cleaner. The hours in your quote are that cleaner’s time on your home, and if a second pair of hands comes along to finish sooner, the scope doesn’t change. Only the clock does. We supply all the products and equipment, so there’s nothing for you to set out before we arrive.

Sygora started with a simple belief: the people you welcome into your home should earn your trust. Karim remains personally involved in every job, working closely with his team to deliver consistent and respectful care, the same standard he would expect in his own home. By staying focused on San Francisco, Oakland, and Berkeley, he stays close to the work and answerable to the people who let Sygora into their homes.
Karim works alongside a team of three cleaners, both in the work itself and in the quality of each visit. Whoever your assigned cleaner is, that’s who comes back. One dedicated cleaner for your home.
Every Sygora cleaner is background-checked and reference-checked. Before working independently, each one gets hands-on training in our cleaning methods, how we treat the people we work for, and how we respect the home.
Three cities: San Francisco, Oakland & Berkeley. We’re based in San Francisco, and keeping the map tight is deliberate. It means we’re never far when you need us, and a late start on one job doesn’t wreck the next.
A few ZIP codes inside those cities sit outside our service map, so the quote form checks your address before anything else happens. If you’re outside the map, we’ll tell you straight away rather than let you fill in a form for nothing.
Two kinds of customers, and neither one is an afterthought.
One-time cleans, recurring visits, deep cleans, move-in and move-out, carpets, rugs, upholstery and specialty surfaces. You can see the full range on our services pages, and house cleaning is where most people start.
Turnovers between guests, sold in per-turnover packs, with a linen swap included every time. Different job, different clock. A checkout at 11 and a check-in at 3 is a scheduling problem, not a housekeeping one, and it’s the reason Airbnb turnover has its own scope and its own booking path.
If your place doesn’t sound like either description, whether a studio, a rental you also live in, or a home you’re clearing out for someone else, it’s still work we do. The quote form asks what it needs to ask.

Some rooms we skip unless you check them at booking: home offices with visible documents or electronics, nurseries, pet sleeping and crate areas, rooms with anything valuable in view, and any locked room. That’s the default, not a request you have to make. Your home, your call. If you’d rather we did clean one of them, checking a box at booking is all it takes.
Card numbers never touch our systems, because payment runs through Stripe’s own hosted checkout. Access codes are used to do your clean and nothing else, and we’ll delete yours on request. We don’t run ads or cross-site tracking, and we never sell SMS data.

You have one dedicated cleaner assigned to you rather than a rotating roster. Team size can affect how long a visit takes, never what’s included in it.

Yes, and you don’t have to ask. Offices with documents or electronics on show, nurseries, pet sleeping areas, rooms with visible valuables and locked rooms are all skipped unless you check them at booking.
