Sygora cleans homes and short-term rentals in San Francisco, Oakland and Berkeley.
There’s no offer on at the moment. No code to enter, nothing expiring, nothing you’ve missed.
That doesn’t leave you empty-handed. A few discounts are built into how we price, and they’re available every day of the year. You’ll find them further down. And if what you actually want is a number for your home, the quote form gives you one without a phone call.

We’d rather run fewer offers than run ones that come apart at checkout. So every offer we publish carries the same four things, stated on this page before you book:

Not a label. If an offer covers an oven and a fridge, it says what gets cleaned in each.
Some offers attach to a clean you’re already booking. Some stand on their own. A standalone offer says plainly what it does not include, so nobody arrives expecting a whole house.
Printed, not implied.
Each offer also tells you whether it stacks with a recurring plan, and whether the price is the same in all three cities. Those answers belong to the offer itself, because they aren’t always the same answer.
When an offer ends, it comes off this page that day. A price we’re no longer honoring has no business sitting on a live page.
These aren’t promotions. They’re part of how the pricing works, so they don’t expire and you don’t need to catch them at the right moment.
Monthly saves 5%, bi-weekly 10% and weekly 15%, applied to the base price of the clean. Add-ons stay at their listed price and are never plan-discounted. Here’s how recurring plans work, including what you’re committing to.

Offers come and go. The price for your home is always available.
The quote form asks about bedrooms, bathrooms, size and condition, and gives you a price from that. No waiting for a callback, no walkthrough first. The same person cleans your home every visit, and Sygora is insured and bonded: general liability insurance appropriate to a residential cleaning business.
If anything’s not right, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll re-clean the affected areas free.

We work in all three cities (San Francisco, Oakland and Berkeley), so an offer is never SF-only by default. Each offer states its own price and says whether that price is the same across all three. You’ll see that stated on the offer itself, before you book, not after.
Each offer says whether it stacks, one way or the other, right where the offer is written. Separately from any offer: recurring plan discounts come off the base price of the clean, and add-ons are never plan-discounted.
